The Board of Trustees

As a not-for-profit organization, the CEE has a Board of Trustees. The Board is responsible for proper governance of the CEE, probity, adherence to regulations for ‘not for profit’ organisations and charity law. The Board will also receive and respond to reports from the Executive Office and the Advisory Group.

The following are the founding members of the Board.

The intent of the founding Board is to both increase the number and broaden the scope of expertise of Trustees over the next few years.
